About the service
As HR Manager at Olov Lindgren, you will play a central role in further developing and strengthening the HR work within the company. You will have an independent role where you are responsible for all HR-related matters, including both strategic initiatives and daily operational tasks. You will also be a driving force in our HR transformation, where your contribution will be crucial in creating a sustainable HR structure that supports our business.
Your main responsibilities:
- Continue the development of HR strategies, processes and procedures
- Drive change and strengthen the role of HR within the organization
- Operational HR work such as personnel issues, rehabilitation, skills development and ongoing contact with contracted payroll partner
- Work environment
- Support for managers and employees on HR issues
- Responsibility for labor law and collective bargaining issues
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years' experience in a similar role and an academic degree in HR or a related field. You have experience in leading change and a strong interest in developing HR structures. We believe you are a communicative person who enjoys working closely with the business and understanding how HR can contribute to business development.
