We are now looking for an experienced HR Manager for a company with a strong focus on expansion. In this role you will be leading the building of the company's strategic HR work.

About the service

In the role of HR Manager, you will play a central role in the company's continued growth and development and be responsible for driving the strategic HR work forward. As an important goal for companies is to retain staff within the company, the focus will be on recruiting, retaining and developing the right skills.

An important part of the role as HR Manager is the continued work on developing a unified corporate culture. The role will also involve work on visibility and building relationships with the right partners.

Main responsibilities

  • Attract, recruit, develop, retain and exit
  • Driving strategic HR work
  • Internal work on networking and company culture
  • Negotiation with social partners

About you

We see that you are an experienced HR Manager with a solid knowledge of the entire HR wheel and possess a broad knowledge to be able to build and develop the HR function. We see that you are a driven and committed HR Manager who is confident in the work role.

As the role involves personnel responsibility, we look for you to have solid experience as a leader. You are fluent in Swedish and have a good ability to express yourself in English, both orally and in writing.
