Your role
As a Project Manager with us, you will lead the project development from raw land to the handover of a completed residential property. You are responsible for the entire process, from land purchase and detailed planning to design and production, and work in close collaboration with your project team, which requires inclusive leadership, good coordination skills and an unpretentious approach. With us, collaboration is the key to success. The project team varies through the different stages of the new build process and is defined by the roles actively working on the project at each stage.
You will also work closely with regional HSB associations, contractors, municipalities and authorities to ensure successful projects.
You will be reporting and presenting in the trading companies where the projects are run and you will be responsible for their finances.
The projects are mainly located in Södermanland, Mälardalen and Uppsala with some elements of Värmland. Some of the work can be done remotely, but your presence in the regions is important.
Main tasks:
- Managing projects from early stages to completion
- Coordinate design and regulatory issues
- Establish and follow up schedule and budget
- Ensuring handover and quality of implementation
Your profile
We are looking for you with an academic degree relevant to the role and a solid knowledge of the entire chain of a new construction project - from idea and land purchase to handover. Furthermore, you have experience in planning, design and project management with responsibility for budget, forecasting and control. With a well-established network of contacts in the industry and experience of buying and selling processes in land and real estate, you are confident in the role both from the project developer and client side. Your background may also include early-stage business development or work from the construction side, and you have a good knowledge of real estate and construction law.
As a person, you are business-minded and results-oriented with a strong drive and clear customer and market focus. You are structured, responsible and analytical, with the ability to quickly prioritize correctly in a changing everyday life. You are a team player who takes initiative and has the ability to drive projects to completion together with your team.
