We expect you to:
- Has previous experience in retail and daily operations.
- Has experience in leading and motivating others.
- Has an extra eye for planning and structure.
- Has strong skills in KPIs, reporting and budget.
- Has good IT skills, especially in Excel.
- Is results-oriented, business-driven and service-oriented.
- Is clear and collaborative in your communication and leadership style.
- Have a basic knowledge of English.
With us you will be responsible for, among other things:
- Overall store performance and key performance indicators.
- That the store's appearance follows our Visual Merchandising Guidelines.
- An optimal product range based on news, season and target audience.
- The daily management of the store's staff.
- Workforce planning, recruitment and employee development.

About the service
The position is for the store on Drottninggatan and is a temporary position for 12 months.
After the temporary position, you will have the opportunity to continue as Store Manager in the Stockholm area.
The position is full-time with access according to agreement.
