Heidelberg Materials Betong Sverige AB is a market-leading manufacturer and supplier of factory-produced concrete to both the construction industry and private individuals in Sweden. About the service
As Production Manager Stockholm North, you will have overall responsibility for production in the region and will lead the business through clear, hands-on and engaging leadership. The role is both operational and strategic, with a focus on creating structure, ensuring high delivery precision and driving safe and sustainable production where quality, working environment and environmental requirements are central.
As Production Manager, you are expected to be closely involved in the business, build strong teams, develop working methods, and ensure that production delivers the right quality at the right time. In this role, you will report to the Regional Manager and be part of the management team for Stockholm/North.
Main responsibilities
- Lead, develop, and monitor production in the region with full responsibility for results
- Strong focus on work environment, safety, and quality
- Financial follow-up with each unit
- Full responsibility for all personnel
- Drive improvement work and development of structure and working methods
About you
We see that you are an experienced and confident leader with the ability to take overall responsibility for complex production operations. You are accustomed to creating structure and following up on the results of operations in a clear and businesslike manner. You also have good system knowledge. You are fluent in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.
You will be part of a team that independently manages production and planning. Health and safety are of utmost importance to Heidelberg Materials.
