Site manager
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Site Manager for MZ Bygg who wants to be part of and influence an organization that is going from strength to strength.
About the roles
We are looking for a self-motivated and driven Site Manager who will play an important role in our larger projects, generally involving renovation and pipe replacement. Initially, you will be responsible for a renovation project in Nynäshamn, which will continue throughout 2026.
As Site Manager, you will oversee the entire project. You will work closely with our supervisor, and together you will manage the project, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure that schedules are adhered to. You will also be responsible for customer relations. Construction meetings, follow-ups, and reporting are your responsibility, as is any contact with residents. Since finances, time, follow-ups, and reporting are part of the job, we expect you to be a good administrator.
This role is suitable for someone who thrives in a tight-knit organization with short decision-making paths and where you are given considerable authority to actually influence things. You will be like a "mini-CEO" on the project team, with ownership over time, finances, UE management, follow-up, and personnel.
Your responsibility
• Ownership of the entire project: schedule, finances, forecasts, risks, quality, and personnel
• Lead and support the supervisor in daily production
• Manage administration and documentation related to the project
• Responsible for customer contact and participating in construction meetings
• Follow up on UE, ensure deliveries, and create good partnerships
• Ensure order and tidiness in accordance with MZ's working methods
• Contribute to a solution-oriented and structured work environment on site
Your profile

We are looking for people who have:
• At least five years of experience in a similar role
• Solid background in renovation projects, preferably with experience of pipe replacement and residents remaining in their homes
• Experience in finance, forecasting, and administrative management
• Good knowledge of system support and Excel
• Understanding of ABT and BAS-P/BAS-U
• Good knowledge of Swedish and English
