About the roles
Luotea is in an exciting phase of growth and is now looking for an accounting professional who wants to join us on this journey.
With us, you’ll have a broad and rewarding role where you’ll work closely with the business and gradually take on greater responsibility. You won’t just be handling accounting—you’ll also help shape how it’s done.
You will be part of a team of eight people, including two accounting specialists who are responsible for the company’s finances and actively manage the overall accounting process. This means you’ll have a lot of autonomy, work closely with others, and have ample opportunity to influence both work methods and results.
Luotea (formerly Lassila & Tikanoja) is one of Sweden’s leading providers of technical operations and property management, with annual revenue of approximately SEK 1.3 billion in Sweden. The company is part of the Nordic, publicly traded group Luotea Oyj, headquartered in Helsinki.
Here's what you'll be doing
- Work with ongoing accounting
- Participate in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements
- Perform reconciliations and accruals
- Ensuring the quality of reporting
- Manage VAT and tax returns
- Help develop and streamline processes and systems
- Engage in dialogue with auditors and other external parties
- Work closely with the controlling department and the business units

We believe that you have
- Post-secondary education in economics/accounting
- At least 3 years of experience in accounting, preferably with K3
- Experience with financial statement preparation
- Proficiency in Excel
- Proficiency in spoken and written Swedish and English
Experience with IFS, PowerBI, and consolidated financial reporting is a plus.
