Your role
Luotea is now strengthening its accounting team with an experienced and dedicated Accounting Manager.
In the role of Accounting Manager, you will work with your colleagues on the ongoing accounting for the company's two Swedish companies. You will ensure accurate financial reporting in accordance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines, and work independently with financial statements, accruals, and account reconciliations.
You will play a central role in liaising with external parties such as auditors, authorities, and banks, as well as in reporting to the group. The role also involves close collaboration with controlling and other parts of the organization.
You will report to the Accounting Manager and be based at the head office in Solna.
Your main responsibilities
- Ongoing reporting in accordance with applicable regulations and internal guidelines.
- Monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, as well as accruals.
- Account reconciliation and quality assurance of balance sheet and income statement items.
- VAT and tax returns.
- Financial reporting to the group and external stakeholders.
- Collaboration with controlling, auditors, and other functions.
- Contribute to the development and streamlining of processes and system support.

Qualifications
You have an academic degree in economics or accounting and at least five years of experience in qualified accounting work, preferably from a large company or group environment. You are used to working independently with financial statements and annual reports and have very good knowledge of Excel. Experience of accounting in accordance with K3 is a requirement, as is a very good ability to express yourself in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing.
If you also have experience working with IFS or analysis tools such as PowerBI, IFRS, and consolidated accounting, we consider this a merit.
