– You communicate clearly and inspire enthusiasm in those around you.
– Has a basic knowledge of English.
Your responsibilities:
– The store's overall results and key figures.
– Ensure that the store is presented in accordance with the concept’s guidelines.
– Optimize the product lineup based on the season, new products, and customer segments.
– Lead and develop the store's employees on a day-to-day basis.
– Staffing planning, recruitment, and follow-up.
About the Position
The position is for a store in Sandvika.
