In the role as Commercial Manager you will be responsible for selling and commercializing Ivbars products and services. Your customers will consist of regions or county councils, primarily in Norway and Finland, with the ambition of expansion to new markets internationally. In this role you will build and develop sales processes as well as the customer base and market. You care for and develop your customers and are responsible for their successful use of Ivbars products and services. There will be great opportunities to grow and advance in this role.
Is it you we´re looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in sales in the public sector, preferably within healthcare. You have experience of product sales and it is an advantage if you previously sold software and systems. It is important that you understand the customer and their needs together with a certain technical knowledge. You will need an understanding for the long sale cycles that are in the public sector. It is an advantage if you have worked with commercializing in Norway or Finland and if you have experience of change management.
We are looking for you who is business and sales driven and finds it exciting and stimulating with sales. You are value driven and want to contribute to improved healthcare. You are a closer and have patience as well as perseverance in longer sale cycles. As a person you are social, prestigious and a team player who gladly collaborate with co-workers.
