The year was 2005 when several inquiries about recruitments were sent to us. Said and done. Then we were two. After this HRM grew as a company and is by now made up by around 50 employees and consultants who work with different assignments and projects which makes our operations flexible and dynamic. Several of us have experience from strategic as well as from operative functions in senior positions within both the private and the public sector. Together we have created a solid network of candidates and clients. Our offices are located in Stockholm and Göteborg along with a business partner in Malmö. Our goal is to be a full service partner within Human Resource Management. All our services are adapted according to the unique needs and desires of our customers. We generate efficient solutions which shines through in our ability to maintain competitive prices and we always issue written offers and we work only with set prices. We recruit managers and senior specialists for our customers who operate small to large organisations within the private as well as the public sector. Our goal is always the same: we are not satisfied until we exceed our customers expectations. We support individuals in their personal development through setting up unique programs adapted to their specific conditions and goals. Our certified coaches are mentors/advisors and they have long experience from enterprising, business development, leadership and coaching based on an external view of the individual. This means that the coaches/advisors can meet the individual at the point where they find themselves in their everyday life and reality. Examples of our programs for individual development are management/leadership coaching, mentorship, business counselling, career coaching and outplacement. Management and organization
We can help our customers with developing their business strategies, their management and their strategies for competence exchange. We also provide services within project management along with benchmark and resource management. We initiate a majority of our efforts within management and organisation through a systematic gathering of information about the organisation and the market within which it is active. This is done through a so called ’QuickScan’ which includes written material and interviews with people that hold key positions in the company. The material is compiled, analysed and then presented in the form of a report that, among other things, contain suggestions for hands on actions and changes.
