The year was 2005 when several inquiries about recruitments were sent to us. Said and done. Then we were two. After this HRM grew as a company and is by now made up by around 50 employees and consultants who work with different assignments and projects which makes our operations flexible and dynamic. Several of us have experience from strategic as well as from operative functions in senior positions within both the private and the public sector. Together we have created a solid network of candidates and clients. Our offices are located in Stockholm and Göteborg along with a business partner in Malmö. Our goal is to be a full service partner within Human Resource Management. All our services are adapted according to the unique needs and desires of our customers. We generate efficient solutions which shines through in our ability to maintain competitive prices and we always issue written offers and we work only with set prices. We truly believe in what we do and our passion is to make a difference – for real – which permeates our deliveries and gives us the courage to question our customers when needed so that they will reach their goals.

We recruit managers and senior specialists for our customers who operate small to large organisations within the private as well as the public sector. Our goal is always the same: we are not satisfied until we exceed our customers expectations. We support individuals in their personal development through setting up unique programs adapted to their specific conditions and goals. Our certified coaches are mentors/advisors and they have long experience from enterprising, business development, leadership and coaching based on an external view of the individual. This means that the coaches/advisors can meet the individual at the point where they find themselves in their everyday life and reality. Examples of our programs for individual development are management/leadership coaching, mentorship, business counselling, career coaching and outplacement.
Management and organization
We can help our customers with developing their business strategies, their management and their strategies for competence exchange. We also provide services within project management along with benchmark and resource management. We initiate a majority of our efforts within management and organisation through a systematic gathering of information about the organisation and the market within which it is active. This is done through a so called ’QuickScan’ which includes written material and interviews with people that hold key positions in the company. The material is compiled, analysed and then presented in the form of a report that, among other things, contain suggestions for hands on actions and changes. If the customer so wish, we can be present also for implementing the changes that we suggested based on the QuickScan.
Through our experience and wide network within both the private and the public sector we provide, with short notice, our customers with the service to find interim specialists or managers to hire for shorter or longer periods of time. We tailor fit an interim solution based on your need for competent staff: a smooth setup where we handle all the practical issues like salaries and insurances.
To use interim solutions as a part of your staffing strategy gives you a cost efficient tool that will increase the flexibility of the organisation. Interim solutions can be an alternative in many cases, for example when having a temporary need for specific competence, when going through organisational change like reorganisation or during an ongoing recruitment process.
