PixEdit is looking for a creative salesperson/business developer/partner manager for the Swedish market and play a central role in our sales/product team with many responsibilities.

The PixEdit team consists of experienced and dedicated employees and we are looking for someone who can bring new skills and who will contribute to achieving our goals. You will have a major influence on the design of unique applications that are used by hundreds of thousands of users every day. The software is delivered worldwide and contributes to automated digitization, enhancement and editing of documents. In Norway, PixEdit solutions are used in over 85% of all public companies and our goal is now to take a similar market share throughout the Nordic region. In Sweden we have about 150 customers, directly or through our partners. We see great potential in the Swedish market and therefore want to strengthen our team further.

Some of your tasks will be

  • Participate actively in the PixEdit team
  • Work with sales of PixEdit's full range of products and services in Sweden, directly and indirectly through partners.
  • Independently drive sales work and offers to customers, both on their own and in the role of project manager of teams in larger procurements.
  • Responsible for performance against the set sales budget and managing day-to-day sales administration.
  • As a salesperson, you will also be expected to support our product management and drive innovation by identifying new customer needs.
  • Engaging customers and partners, finding new sales channels and partners.
  • Independently manage and develop existing business and customer relationships.
  • Actively working to establish new customers and business.

We expect you to

  • have broad experience in direct and indirect sales and business development of software solutions
  • Have expertise (or interest in learning) our product area
  • Are good at putting the customer first and understanding their needs
  • Have strong implementation skills and collaborate well.
  • You have a post-secondary academic degree
  • Have at least five (5) years of experience working in sales, including at least three (3) years of qualified solution selling with proven results. You also possess very good sales skills, very good negotiation skills and good financial skills.
  • As a person, you are result-oriented, business-minded and skilled at identifying and developing business opportunities and driving them to completion. You can lead sales projects, are a networker and have the ability to build and maintain good relationships and are effective and clear in your communication.
