CEO to construction company
Stockholm 
On behalf of a client, we are looking for a dynamic and strategically driven CEO for a reputable company in the construction industry in Stockholm. The company, which has over two decades of success and growth, is now looking for an experienced leader who can take the business to the next level.
About the service
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for leading and developing the company with a focus on profitability and growth. You will work closely with the Board to shape and implement the company's business strategy. We are looking for an inspiring leader who has the ability to engage and motivate employees and build and maintain strong relationships with customers, investors and other key stakeholders.
Main areas of responsibility
- Develop and execute a business plan in line with the Board's strategic guidelines.
- Lead a dedicated team and ensure that the organization has the right structure and skills.
- Managing both existing business relationships and developing new customer contacts.
- Ensure that all projects are delivered with the highest quality and within budget.
- Work on acquisition strategies in cooperation with the Board.
About you
- Solid experience in leading roles in the construction industry with a large own network of both potential customers and partners
- Proven experience in driving growth in companies with a turnover between 200-500 MSEK
- Strong strategic skills and experience in managing complex projects
- Fluent in spoken and written Swedish and English
- Experience in acquisitions is an advantage
- Academic training is an advantage
