Group Manager West for Lassila & Tikanoja!
Lassila & Tikanoja is an industrial service company. The company specializes in the service and maintenance of properties, where the services include, for example, cleaning, recycling, sewage and damage management, pressure cleaning and property renovation. The company has operations in Sweden and Finland.
About the service
As Group Manager, you will have the overall responsibility for managing and developing the group's staff and operations with a strong focus on profitability and growth in both existing and new business. We are looking for an enthusiastic and present leader who is not afraid to drive initiatives for development. You are skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, employees and other key stakeholders. In addition, you have a good understanding of financial matters.
The position is in property and operations and a comprehensive understanding of the field is required for the position. You will be supported by a team of technicians who provide the expertise.
Main areas of responsibility
- Operational governance
- Financial responsibility and increasing profitability of existing business
- Staff responsibilities, managing and allocating work
- A present, developed and enthusiastic leadership
- Customer care and working on upselling services
- Quality and environmental work
About you
- At least five (5) years of relevant work experience
- Technically savvy and interested in the field
- Strong leadership and communication skills
- Experience in service sales
- University education or equivalent acquired skills
