Job description
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for managing and developing HRM's business, with a focus on profitable growth. You will work strategically and operationally to:
- Responsible for the company's overall finances, strategy, profitability and growth objectives.
- Manage, monitor and develop the organization.
- Strengthen HRM's position in the market by identifying new business opportunities and developing our offer.
- Driving sales and developing new customer relationships and strengthening existing partnerships.
- Continue to develop a culture where the team grows together.
To succeed in the role, we believe you have:
- Proven experience in creating profitable growth in a leadership role, for example as CEO, business area manager, regional manager, sales manager or similar.
- Experience in building and developing strong customer relationships.
- Solid understanding of business economics and business strategy.
- An extensive relevant network of potential customers and collaborators.
- At least five years of successful management experience.
- Experience of working with full P&L responsibility.
