The Group Office is based in beautiful premises on Strandvägen in Stockholm. Experts and specialists in sustainability, communication, purchasing, development, HR, finance and legal work here to support the business and drive forward Group-wide issues. The premises on Strandvägen are a natural meeting place within the Group, many meetings are held here and there is a continuous flow of colleagues from other parts of the organization.

Your future opportunity

As a Group Lead Compensation & Benefits with us, you will play a key strategic role where finance and HR meet. You are our expert in compensation and benefits and will be a key advisor to both business areas and group management. You combine your analytical skills with good communication skills.

You will drive and develop processes around pensions, bonus and share savings programs, job architecture and other value-creating benefits - always with the aim of creating a clear, coordinated and sustainable remuneration strategy for the whole of Holmen. You are confident in your professional role and through your way of working you build trust in the organization and contribute to keeping the whole together.

Your tasks will involve:

  • Responsible for pension management via Mercer
  • Have primary responsibility for our job architecture
  • Ensure that we meet the requirements of the Pay Transparency Directive
  • Responsible for employment conditions for senior executives and for bonus and share saving schemes
  • Coordinate and support the business areas in the salary formation and review process
  • Responsible for driving the work on other benefits in terms of processes and regulations
  • Responsible for the preparation of the Remuneration Committee

To succeed in the role

We are looking for you who have a relevant university degree. You have experience in similar roles from larger companies and have previously worked with pensions and other benefits. In addition, you have experience working with job architecture and work values.

As a person, you are analytical, structured and have a strong understanding of numbers and economic relationships. You are a confident and stable person who can inspire confidence through your skills and experience. As the role involves many interfaces, you need to be communicative, pedagogical and able to adapt your message to different audiences. You thrive in an advisory role and have a strategic approach while being unpretentious and solution-oriented.
