About the service
As Site Manager, you will have overall responsibility for managing and developing your team's staff and operations with a strong focus on profitability and growth in your assigned business. You have full PnL responsibility and through two supervisors, manage approximately 25 people.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and approachable leader who is not afraid to drive initiatives for development. You are skilled at building and maintaining strong relationships with customers, employees and other key stakeholders. In addition, you have a good understanding and knowledge of finance.
The position is in property and operations and a comprehensive understanding of the field is required. You will be supported by a team of technicians who provide the expertise. This is a new role and you will have the opportunity to help shape it.

- Operational governance.
- Financial responsibility and increasing profitability of existing business.
- Staff responsibilities, managing and allocating work.
- A present, developed and enthusiastic leadership.
- Customer care and working on upselling services.
- Quality and environmental work.
- Continued development of processes and working methods.
About you
- At least five (5) years of relevant work experience.
- Technically skilled and interested in the field.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Experience in service sales.
- University education or equivalent acquired skills.
