Your role

In your role, you have overall responsibility for Metria's portfolio of SaaS and information offerings and its profitability. You have a staff responsibility with 6 direct reports and 1 group manager and report to Metria's CEO. Together with the rest of the management team, you are involved in developing Metria forward.

You work closely with colleagues in the same group, our sales and IT department and other parts of the company, as well as within our group - Spir Group. You work strategically with the development of our total portfolio of offers together with, among others, Product Managers and Platform Owners.

Main tasks:

  • Overall responsibility for Metria's product offering.
  • Managing and developing staff.
  • Strategic development of Metria's offer.
  • Close cooperation with the sales and IT departments.
  • Active management team work.

Your profile

We are looking for you with a post-secondary education in, for example, technology, business development, economics or other relevant field. You have experience of working strategically with business and product development, preferably in Saas, information services, data or consulting. You have a strong understanding of product portfolios, profitability issues and value-creating customer solutions.

Furthermore, you have experience in leading teams and have had staff responsibility in a leadership role and are used to interacting across departmental boundaries.

Metria is part of the Norwegian Spir Group and it is positive if you have an understanding of cooperation within a group structure and have the ability to see synergies and development opportunities - both for Metria's offer and for the group as a whole.

You express yourself very well in speech and writing in Swedish and English. It is an advantage if you have experience in business development in a changing organization.
