Do you want to lead a well-established company into the next phase of growth?
Norex International is not new to the market - in its niche it is a well-known and successful business area within the Norex Group and now the company's business has been streamlined to provide even greater focus on growth and development.
For over 30 years, Norex International has enjoyed a strong position and stable profitability in the global secondary steel trade. With a solid customer base, long-standing supplier relationships and a well-functioning business model, we are now facing the next step - developing Norex's trading business as a separate company with a clear growth agenda.
As CEO of Norex International AB, you will have full responsibility for leading and developing the business. You will drive sales, create new business opportunities and develop profitability, while nurturing and strengthening our already strong customer relationships. The role involves close collaboration with the group management and access to its resources, but with great freedom and mandate to set the direction for the company's future.
We are looking for you who are business-driven, have a strong sales focus and are used to combining operational work with strategic development. You are results-oriented, see opportunities where others see obstacles and thrive in a fast-paced entrepreneurial environment.
This is a chance to take the helm of an already successful business - and shape its next growth journey.
