About the Shelter Specialist
The shelter specialist helps property owners, municipalities, county councils, etc. to take care of their shelters in peacetime, so that they can offer the right protection and security for the Swedish population in wartime.
Skyddsrumsspecialisten has over 50 years of experience working with shelters in Sweden. We offer complete solutions for shelters and can help you with everything from design and maintenance, inspection, supplementation to training and renovation of the shelter.
About the service
As Regional Manager for Skyddsrumsspecialisten in Malmö, you will have a key role with great responsibility and great freedom. You will lead a competent team of shelter technicians with a focus on quality and safety and will be the clear leader who creates direction, structure and commitment. The role requires a self-motivated, driven person who can take their own initiative, make quick decisions and see the big picture in the business.
You will be responsible for sales, project management, finance and invoicing in the region and ensure that all work is done according to regulations and the highest standards. The role involves working closely with the head office in Stockholm, while independently running the operations in Malmö and developing the team's performance and results.

We see that you have experience of running a business with great responsibility. It can be your own company, be responsible for a profit center in a larger business, such as HVAC, Vent or Electricity in installation companies or similar. The important thing is that you understand that you have overall responsibility for both the operational and financial aspects of the business.
