About the roles

As Site Manager, you will play a central role in our operational activities. You will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on our development and continued progress along our chosen path. You will ensure efficient planning of resources and staffing, as well as high quality, safety, and customer focus in our operations.

As Site Manager, you need both operational understanding and strategic vision. You lead and develop the business through clear management, structured processes, and close collaboration with key internal functions. You have full responsibility for personnel and work actively to create commitment, participation, and performance in the team.

Areas of responsibility

Your job is to make sure things run smoothly and efficiently every day by managing resources in a structured way and keeping a close eye on things. You'll also develop and follow up on routines and ways of working to make sure deliveries are on time and high quality.

You will have full responsibility for the work group, including recruiting and developing employees. We want to build a performance culture where clear goals, responsibility, and feedback are natural parts of everyday life. In addition to creating a safe, secure, and inclusive workplace with clear frameworks and expectations.

You will drive the business toward set goals by analyzing key figures, results, and areas for development. For us, delivery reliability is one of the most important KPIs. Handling and following up on deviations and encouraging personal responsibility are also high on the agenda. You will also be an important player in our procurement processes.

Your profile

You have several years of experience in operational management with overall responsibility.
Documented experience of personnel responsibility and change management.
Ability to lead, plan, and follow up on a large work group.
Financial understanding and experience of identifying and working with key figures.
Experience of working in operations with clear regulations and quality requirements is an advantage.

As a person, you have a clear overall perspective and the ability to implement decisions. You are analytical and structured, but also have the ability to inspire and engage a team of staff. You are solution-oriented and can draw up clear guidelines, both in the short and long term.

You communicate clearly, build trust, and create engagement through your presence and leadership. You express yourself fluently in Swedish and English, both spoken and written.

A driver's license is required.
