Alternative text Nyköping

We are looking for a Managing Director to lead and drive the development of LAPP Miltronics' operations in both Sweden and Denmark, as well as Fleximark, which operates in Sweden. This is a central leadership role that combines full business responsibility with a strong local presence and close collaboration within an international, family-owned industrial group. The role has a clear commercial mandate and a strong focus on sales, growth, and corporate culture.

LAPP Miltronic in Sweden and Denmark combines one of the market's widest ranges of cables, electrical components, and automation products with a high level of technical expertise and qualified advice. The company was founded in Stockholm in 1965 but is now a wholly owned subsidiary of the German LAPP Group and is the group's sales company in the Swedish and Danish markets.

Our head office is located in Nyköping, Sweden, where we also have our warehouse, logistics center, and custom manufacturing facilities. Next door to LAPP Miltronic is our sister company Fleximark, which was founded in 1978 and acquired by Miltronic in 1991. Fleximark is the group's production company for FLEXIMARK® Marking Systems and supplies the market with marking systems, labels, and accessories. A local office for the Danish market is located in Greve, south of Copenhagen. The companies have a turnover of around SEK 600 million and 100 employees.

You will be responsible for coordinating structures, systems, and working methods in line with the "One LAPP" approach, while respecting local cultures and established operations. The role includes full responsibility for results, as well as operational and personnel responsibility. You are expected to have a visible and hands-on presence in Sweden, including production and warehousing, as well as regular presence in Denmark. As part of the management team for the Nordic cluster, you represent Sweden and Denmark and actively contribute to strategic discussions, decision-making, and implementation.

About you
