HRM is assisting Fresenius Kabi in appointing their next Process Safety and Fire Protection Manager. If you are someone who wants to take overall responsibility for safety in our production environments, you are the right person for the job.

About the roles

In this role, you will be responsible for leading, coordinating, and further developing work within process safety and fire protection. You will ensure compliance with legal requirements, regulatory provisions, and insurance terms and conditions, and that our safety systems are robust, effective, and future-proof. The work is both strategic and operational and involves close collaboration with operations, technology, maintenance, EHS, and external parties such as emergency services and insurance companies.

You will drive systematic fire protection work, conduct risk analyses and audits, and lead incident investigations and improvement initiatives. We want to strengthen the safety culture. An important part of the assignment is also to develop and coordinate emergency preparedness, as well as to educate and support the organization in fire and process safety issues. The role provides ample opportunity to influence the safety culture and contribute to long-term sustainable and safe operations. GMP is a given, and we do not compromise on either safety or quality.

Main tasks

· The right contacts, both internally and externally

· Systematic fire protection work

· Manager Flammable goods

· Conduct the work systematically and with a long-term perspective

· Conduct fire audits, risk assessments, and inspections

Your profile

You understand the importance of taking a long-term view and working systematically. You have the ability to see the big picture and collaborate with many parties within the organization. You have the ability to coordinate and are not afraid to follow up, train, and drive your own processes.

We see that you have experience in the pharmaceutical, chemical, oil/gas, or food industries. This is to understand the overall picture of production flows, routines, processes, and safety.

As the group operates internationally, you will need to be proficient in both Swedish and English.

· Confident in leading and delegating when necessary

· Ability to drive improvements and collaborate broadly

· Preferably able to see things from the bright side sometimes

The work is divided between Brunna (60%) and Uppsala (40%). A B driver's license and access to a car are required.
