About the roles
As a Customer Success Manager at Utilifeed, you will be responsible for your own client portfolio and ensure that each client realizes the maximum business value from our platform. You will serve as the client’s primary point of contact after the sale and manage the entire customer journey, from onboarding through a long-term implementation plan to business development and close partnerships.
The role combines project management, change management, and relationship building. You will work closely with your clients to understand their business, set goals, and translate the platform’s use into operational and business results, such as more efficient workflows, lower costs, and improved decision-making capabilities.
Key aspects of the role include:
– Build and nurture customer relationships
– Lead the onboarding process and serve as a project manager for client projects
– Work with the client to set and ensure goals that deliver tangible business value
– Identify and drive up-selling opportunities with existing customers
– Analyze customer data and proactively suggest improvements
Your profile
We are looking for someone who thrives in a role that combines customer interaction, project management, and relationship building. You have the ability to navigate complex environments and can communicate just as naturally with technical specialists as with executive teams. You are a creative problem-solver with an interest in sustainability and digitalization who always puts the customer first.
To succeed in this role, we believe you should:
– Has strong business acumen and is driven by delivering results for clients
– Is a strong relationship builder and confident in challenging, guiding, and driving customer dialogues forward
– Preferably with experience in project management or similar roles
– Has a technical understanding and can grasp complex systems
– Is organized, driven, and quality-conscious
– Can present insights, recommendations, and business cases in a clear and persuasive manner
Experience in the energy sector—such as district heating—or a background in management consulting, business development, or another consulting role is a plus.
You must be able to communicate fluently in Swedish and English.
