The company operates in a project-intensive business with a strong customer base and a clear focus on delivery. At the same time, it is in a position where its structure, governance, and profitability need to be strengthened.

About the roles
As CEO, you will have overall responsibility for the business and report directly to the owners. This is a hands-on, operational role with a strong focus on establishing structure, improving profitability, and building a high-performing team.
You are responsible for:
- Full profit and loss (P&L) responsibility
- Management of the company's approximately 30 employees
- Operations and day-to-day activities
- Financial monitoring, cost control, and margin management
- Establishment of structures, processes, and working methods
- Leading change and efficiency improvement initiatives
- Development of the organization, teams, and key personnel
- Ensuring quality in deliveries and customer relationships
Current Situation and Future Focus
The company is embarking on a major transformation initiative focused on:
- Restore and strengthen profitability
- Gain control over costs and tracking
- Establishing structure in processes and responsibilities
- Ensure effective project management and delivery
- Develop—and, if necessary, transform—the organization
You need to be comfortable making decisions regarding both work processes and staffing, while building trust and commitment within the organization.
Your profile
We are looking for people who have:
- Proven experience in P&L management
- Experience in leading an organization and its staff
- Strong business acumen with a clear focus on profitability
- Experience in change management and establishing structure
- Experience working closely with owners in an entrepreneurial environment
Experience in turnaround, cost optimization, or operations within projects, production, logistics, or events is a plus. We would prefer that you have a background in logistics or a related field, as well as experience working in owner-managed companies where you have worked closely with the owners.
