Utilifeed is building next-generation digital services for the district heating industry and is now looking for a commercially-minded and entrepreneurial Product Manager who wants to help develop smart SaaS solutions for energy optimization and the analysis of building heating systems.
Our mission is to help district heating companies and property owners use energy more efficiently, reduce costs, and contribute to a more sustainable energy system through data-driven insights and modern digital tools.
About the roles
As a Product Manager at Utilifeed, you will be responsible for driving and developing digital solutions in the areas of energy optimization, analytics, and customer-focused energy services. These products are used by district heating companies to offer smarter energy management and analytics to their customers, primarily property owners.
You’ll work closely with customers, development teams, management, Sales, and Customer Success to create products that deliver clear customer value and business benefits.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Identify customer needs and business opportunities
- Drive initiatives from concept to launch
- Define user stories, requirements, and specifications
- Work closely with agile development teams
- Validate solutions together with customers and users
- Support go-to-market activities, demos, and commercial materials
- Track product value, usage, and business results
The role combines product strategy, technical expertise, customer engagement, and commercial acumen.
Who We're Looking For
We’re looking for someone with a strong commercial drive and an entrepreneurial mindset—someone who enjoys building new things, identifying opportunities, and turning ideas into successful products.
You are curious, analytical, and thrive in a fast-paced environment where innovation, initiative, and personal responsibility are highly valued.
We believe that you have:
- Knowledge of energy systems, energy optimization, or energy technology
- Experience working with energy companies, real estate, or digital energy services
- Strong communication skills in both Swedish and English
- A business-driven and commercial approach
- An entrepreneurial mindset and a strong sense of initiative
It is advantageous if you also have experience in product management, project management, SaaS products, data-driven services, or analytics solutions in the energy sector.
