Interim Chief Financial Officer

The role
We are seeking an Interim Finance Manager for a temporary assignment of approximately one year, starting in early August. The position is based in Stockholm, but part of the onboarding process will take place in Karlstad. The assignment is initially for 60% of full-time hours.
As Finance Manager, you will be responsible for the company’s accounting and financial monitoring. You will work closely with the business and serve as a key bridge between finance and the operational organization. Your team will also include a financial assistant
Your main tasks include:
• Ongoing financial responsibility and monitoring
• Monthly and quarterly reconciliations, annual report
• Accounting in accordance with K3
• Support for regional managers and operations in financial matters
• Development and implementation of financial procedures and work methods
Who are we looking for?
We are looking for someone with experience in senior financial management who thrives in owner-managed or entrepreneur-driven organizations. You are a strong communicator and can convey relevant financial information clearly. It is essential that you understand the business context and the role finance plays in day-to-day operations. You are also accustomed to establishing structure while building strong relationships within the organization.
