We are currently looking for an Office Manager / Researcher for our office on Strandvägen in Stockholm.

About the roles
This is a combined role in which you will work as both a Researcher and an Office Manager.
As a Researcher, you’ll play a key role in our search and recruitment projects. You’ll work closely with our consultants on market analysis, candidate interviews, and executive search for roles ranging from specialist positions to executive team and CEO recruitments.
As an Office Manager, you play a central role in our operations and help create structure, energy, and a professional experience for our clients, candidates, and colleagues alike.
Your duties will include, among others:
- Search and Screening of Candidates
- Candidate Contact and Phone Interviews
- Advertising and Administration in Recruitment Processes
- Scheduling Interviews and Meetings
- Taking References
- Support for Consultants and Management
- Office Administration and Coordination
- Planning and organizing customer events, seminars, and internal activities
Who are you?
We are looking for someone with at least one year of experience in research, search, or recruitment who wants to continue growing in the industry.
You don't need to be a fully trained researcher or recruitment consultant—the most important thing is that you have the right attitude, drive, and desire to grow.
