For our client, we are now seeking a Group Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO)!
The CHRO will be responsible for leading all HR and employer branding functions across the company’s European entities. This role is a strategic member of the Group Management Team, with a strong focus on attracting, retaining, and developing top talent, integrating diverse cultures, and driving HR efficiency and digitalization.
The position can be based either in Amsterdam or in Stockholm.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement a Europe-wide HR strategy aligned with the company’s business objectives.
- Develop and execute talent acquisition strategies and strengthen the company’s employer brand across all regions.
- Design and implement talent management programs, foster a unified and inclusive culture and enhance employee engagement, well-being, and satisfaction.
- Lead the digital transformation of HR processes and implement scalable systems and tools to improve operational effectiveness and enable data-driven decision-making.
- Provide leadership and mentorship to HR teams, ensure compliance with labor laws and best practices, and oversee effective operations and collaboration across Europe.
About you
You have a university degree in Human Resource, Business Administration or in a relevant field. As a person you´re a strategic and business-oriented leader with strong analytical and decision-making skills. You are empathetic, trustworthy, and collaborative, inspiring teams while balancing strategic priorities with practical execution. You communicate effectively, build strong relationships, and foster a positive, high-performing environment.
